Privacy
Kılıbık is a two-person app. Your data is shared with your partner only and is never sold. This page says what we keep, why, and for how long.
What we collect
Account: your Sign in with Apple identifier and the display name you choose. Apple may hide your email; we do not ask for it.
Location: only when both of you have consented, and only for task reminders, zones and the daily summary. Raw location records are deleted after 30 days.
Your content: task text, zone names, drawings, voice notes, league names. Only your partner sees them; league names are visible to couples in that league.
Purchases: the status of your Kılıbık Plus subscription. Apple handles payment; we never see card details.
Device: push and call tokens, app language and time zone.
Consent is mutual
Location sharing does not start until both partners turn it on. If one turns it off, both stop, and the partner is told. Consent is withdrawn with one tap in Settings.
There is no one-way mode. The app is not built to follow anyone without their knowledge and cannot be used that way.
Who we share with
Your partner. No one else.
Service providers: Apple (sign-in, notifications, payment) and RevenueCat (subscription status). Voice calls go through our own servers and are not recorded.
Maps are drawn from OpenStreetMap data; your location is never sent to OpenStreetMap.
How long we keep it
Raw location: 30 days. Tasks, zones and summaries: while your account exists. Voice notes: 7 days after they are played.
Delete your account and everything goes with it. Your partner keeps their own data.
Your rights
From Settings you can delete your account, download your data, withdraw consent, and report or block your partner.

Children
Kılıbık is not directed at children under 12 and does not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this page changes, the date above changes with it, and material changes are announced in the app.
